The Job
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Woodland, CA and help more people access clean, reliable water—without relying on fossil fuels or costly infrastructure. If you love solving real-world problems, supporting independent communities, and being part of something that actually makes a difference, you’ll feel right at home here.
This role owns demand generation infrastructure, entailing paid acquisition, funnel tracking, CRM automations, lead scoring and revenue operations alignment. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll think strategically and execute decisively.
Essential job duties:
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop 1-2 direct reports and outside contractors, as relevant.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members
- Provide feedback that elevates quality and strategic thinking
- Build scalable processes for planning, production and approvals
Paid Acquisition
- Strategy and execution oversight for Google Ads and paid channels
- Budget allocation and optimization
- Continuous testing of audiences, creative and landing pages
- CPA, CAC and ROAS performance tracking
Revenue Operations & CRM
- Lead scoring framework development and refinement
- CRM automation strategy and execution, lead flow
- Funnel tracking and attribution modeling
- Database hygiene and lifecycle management
Funnel Optimization
- Map and monitor full-funnel performance, email campaigns and nurture sequences
- Identify drop-off points and optimize conversion paths, CRO
- Balance different conversion types to ensure leads, phone calls and ecom sales
- Partner with Brand on landing pages and campaign performance
Data & Reporting
- Build dashboards that connect marketing to revenue, MER
- Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks
- Translate analytics into actional insights for leadership

You might be a great fit if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Have experience 3-8 years in growth, performance marketing, or RevOps
- Deep CRM and automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZenDesk, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution modeling
- Experience managing direct reports, contractors and cross functional collaboration
- Have a bias toward experimentation and measurable impact
- Can troubleshoot creatively and think like a customer
- Believe in rural resilience and clean technology

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding work that matters. Compensation for this role starts at $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
