Responsibilities
- Install and maintain pipes and plumbing systems in commercial properties
- Conduct leak repairs and troubleshoot system issues efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations
- Perform pressure testing and pipe cutting tasks with precision
- Operate plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on all job sites
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding project progress and concerns
- Work collaboratively within a small team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years experience in commercial plumbing
- Completion of an apprenticeship in plumbing
- Possession of a valid plumbing license
- Knowledge in commercial plumbing and pipefitting
- Proficiency in blueprint interpretation
- Familiarity with safety regulations governing commercial plumbing
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficiency with hand tools used in plumbing
