RP’s Towing is currently hiring experienced tow truck drivers to join our team! We are looking for reliable, motivated, and skilled drivers who take pride in their work and provide great customer service.
Pay:
- Commission-based: Earn 25% of each job
- Paid weekly
Position Overview:
As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Safely loading, transporting, and unloading vehicles
- Providing professional and courteous service to customers
- Completing calls efficiently and accurately
- Operating equipment responsibly and maintaining safety standards
- Communicating clearly with dispatch and customers
Requirements:
- Must have prior towing experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- TDLR license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience driving a rollback is a big plus
- Must be dependable, professional, and safety-focused
- Must be willing to work some nights and some weekends
