RPNZL Beauty is a fast-growing press-on nail brand redefining salon-quality nails for the modern consumer. We create elevated, reusable, soft gel press-on nails designed for women who want a flawless manicure without the time, damage, or cost of the salon.
Since launching, RPNZL has gained traction across major retail and marketplace channels including Amazon, Nordstrom Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, Editorialist, TJ Maxx/Marshalls, and Canadian retail partners.
We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Marketing Intern to help bring our brand story to life across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with social media content planning for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, Pinterest, and brand campaigns.
- Research beauty, nail, fashion, and Gen Z social media trends.
- Help brainstorm viral hooks, captions, content ideas, and campaign concepts.
- Support influencer and UGC outreach, including creator research and gifting lists.
- Assist with organizing social media content calendars.
- Help track content performance and identify what is resonating with the audience.
- Support product launch, retail partnership, and founder-led content ideas.
- Contribute creative ideas for beauty campaigns, PR packages, and community engagement.

- Comfortable researching influencers, trends, and competitors.
- Interested in entrepreneurship, beauty marketing, retail, or brand building.
- Bonus: experience with Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Shopify, Amazon, or influencer outreach.
Compensation:
This is a 3-month unpaid educational internship to start. College credit may be available where applicable. After the initial internship period, there is an opportunity to transition into a paid part-time role based on performance, business needs, and role fit.
