Associate Counsel – Corporate & Capital Markets
Location: Minnesota
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an attorney to join its in-house legal team. This role offers exposure to sophisticated corporate transactions and strategic legal matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters.
- Draft and negotiate commercial and transaction-related agreements.
- Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Manage outside counsel and provide day-to-day legal support.
Qualifications
- J.D. with 2–4 years of corporate and securities experience.
- Large law firm or financial services experience preferred.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Compensation
- Base salary: $175,000–$200,000, plus bonus and excellent benefits.
