About the Position
Our organization is looking for an experienced plumber and boiler technician. Our team meets at our shop in Bluffdale in the morning then drives to the jobs we're on that day, typically in the Park City area.
Qualified individuals can;
1) Manage laborers on the job site and keep them efficient and stay ahead while promoting company values. You must be able to delegate any member of the company in a lower position in a positive and uplifting manner
2) They are also someone who takes on a project as their own and can complete any project efficiently with the help of their Apprentice or other company members.
3) Someone who can speak with contractors intelligently and make them feel like they are being taken care of.
4) Must be able to read plans fluently, and mark out a job while keeping laborers busy on a sub rough.
5) Take responsibility for a company vehicle including maintenance, registration and cleanliness.
6) Able to help home owners understand their boiler when needed.
7) Be a self-motivated person with good organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in the mechanical industry, strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Plumbing Knowledge Required:
- Installing new residential plumbing systems.
- Installing new boilers for radiant and snowmelt systems.
- Locating and troubleshoot problems with the boiler.
- Repairing the boiler if it is faulty and ensure that it remains in good condition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
