You’ll be responsible for bringing in new accounts and growing them. You should have strong existing relationships in healthcare—especially with decision-makers at health systems, payers, self-insured employers, and medical associations—and know how to turn those relationships into revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Use your network to generate new business opportunities and close deals
- Own the full sales cycle—from outreach to contract
- Build relationships with executives (CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, CIOs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and value
- Drive revenue through RPM platform and care coaching services
- Maintain consistent communication and forecasting with senior leadership
- Total Comp: $125K–$300K, based on relationships and results
- Expectations: $1M minimally in new revenue by December 31, 2025
- 15–20 meetings per month, with at least 5 new prospect meetings
