We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join our Dallas, TX team. As a Senior Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of industrial projects and providing detailed proposals to our manufacturing customers. Your expertise in construction estimating, project management, and customer relationship management will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects. Holding a Master Electrician license is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical and industrial controls and construction projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and conditions
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project expenses
- Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project costs
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Utilize industry-standard software to create comprehensive estimates
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the project
- Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure cost control measures are implemented
Qualifications
- Strong commercial and industrial estimating experience necessary
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Familiarity with contract documents such as NEC (New Engineering Contract)
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
