Position Overview
RPM Dynamics is seeking experienced Millwrights to join our team supporting projects throughout Kansas and Missouri. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and capable of working in fast-paced industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
- Align, troubleshoot, and rebuild rotating equipment (conveyors, crushers, gearboxes, pumps, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Conduct precision maintenance including alignment and fitting
- Assist with plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards
Qualifications
- 2 years of millwright or industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in industrial environments (aggregates, mining, cement, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and travel as needed
- Must be dependable, safety-driven, and a team player
- Valid driver’s license required
