We're partnering with a growing company in the distribution/manufacturing industry that is looking to add a Staff Accountant to its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Sage 100 experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory, and production transactions within Sage 100.
• Maintain master data, including customers, vendors, chart of accounts, cost centers, item numbers, and locations.
• Support month-end close activities, including bank and account reconciliations.
• Manage the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the accounting system.
• Assist with financial reporting and support the preparation of financial statements.

Qualifications:

✔️ 1–2 years of public accounting experience OR 3–5 years of Staff Accountant experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.

✔️ Hands-on experience with Sage 100 (AR/AP, Inventory, and Production modules required).

✔️ Experience managing master data within Sage 100 and Scan Force.

✔️ Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data management.

✔️ Solid understanding of month-end close, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations.

✔️ Experience with order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.

✔️ Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or import/export environment.
• Experience supporting financial statement preparation and financial reporting packages.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience with Sage 100 Integrator for data imports.
