At RPL International, we're looking for Business Process Designers (Junior & Senior) to join an exciting opportunity within the financial services industry in Doral, Florida.
Position Details
- Location: Doral, FL (Miami Area).
- Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days on-site / 2 days remote.
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Open Positions: 2 (Junior & Senior).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
- Design and document As-Is and To-Be workflows, business requirements, and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, RPA, and BPM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into optimized processes.
- Define KPIs, measure automation impact, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support process transformation, change management, and implementation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, or BPM.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies.
- Understanding of AI/GenAI (LLMs), RPA, and automation technologies.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and business requirements gathering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
Seniority Expectations:
- Junior: Early-career professionals with experience or exposure to process analysis, improvement, and automation.
- Senior: 5 years of process improvement experience with a proven track record in AI/automation projects.
