An established high-volume retail and mail-order pharmacy with operations in Texas and Florida is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist in Charge for their Clearwater, FL location. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for a pharmacist with strong verification experience and active licensure in both Florida and California.
Location: Clearwater, Florida
Term of Assignment: 13-Weeks | Start ASAP
Schedule:
- 1st Shift
- Flexible scheduling available
- Pharmacy is willing to work around candidate availability
- Approximately 20–24 hours per week
Job Duties:
- Verify prescriptions in a high-volume pharmacy setting
- Handle inbound calls from patients and physician offices regarding medications
- Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with pharmacy regulations
- Support daily pharmacy operations in both retail and mail-order workflow environments
Requirements:
- Active and clear Pharmacist licenses in both Florida and California
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience
- Strong attention to detail and verification accuracy
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
Facility Details:
- High-volume retail and mail-order pharmacy
- Script Volume: 1,000 – 1,500 prescriptions per day
