What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist position at RPh on the Go?
We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to cover a medical leave assignment from mid-September through the end of the year. This is a weekday-only role with consistent daytime hours, supporting pharmacy operations with a focus on medication dispensing. Candidates with federal clearance are strongly preferred.
Term of Assignment: September 13 – December 31
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Occasional shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Duties:
• Filling and dispensing medications
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with pharmacy standards
• Supporting daily pharmacy workflow and operations
Requirements:
• Active pharmacist license in good standing (any state)
• 1–2 years of pharmacist experience
• Federal clearance preferred
Team/Culture:
• Supportive and collaborative pharmacy team
• Structured weekday schedule with no weekends
• Focus on accuracy, efficiency, and patient safety
