Overnight Pharmacist – Turnersville, NJ
An opportunity is available for an Overnight Pharmacist in an inpatient pharmacy in Turnersville, NJ. This is a 13-week contract covering a maternity leave, with training expected to begin in mid-to-late November.
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off, 8:00 PM–7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Fill and dispense medications
Perform final prescription verifications
Refill and manage Pyxis medication systems
Support safe and effective patient care
Qualifications:
Active, clear New Jersey pharmacist license
Inpatient pharmacy experience required
EPIC experience preferred
Compounding experience is a plus
New graduates with recent inpatient rotations are encouraged to apply
Important: The pharmacist will be the only pharmacist on staff from midnight to 6:30 AM and must be comfortable working independently during those hours.
This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist seeking a short-term inpatient assignment with a consistent 7-on/7-off overnight schedule.
