Responsibilities:
- Enter and verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
- Review medication profiles and provide clinical services tailored to specific patient populations
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds within ED and ICU settings
- Monitor drug therapy and manage pharmacist consults per established protocols
- Engage in acute patient care scenarios, including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma events
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BS) or PharmD
- PGY1 residency or a minimum of three years clinical pharmacy experience
- Active PA pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience with Meditech or similar electronic health record systems preferred
Schedule:
- Primarily day shifts with some variable days/afternoons
- 8-hour shift structure
