Clinical Pharmacist – Indiana (Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire)
Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for an urgent backfill need. This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility to convert to a permanent role or be hired directly. The pharmacist will support clinical and sterile compounding operations in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Term of Assignment:
ASAP start | Ongoing (contract-to-hire or direct hire)
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Typically Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Job Duties:
- Demonstrate ethical pharmacy practice and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain adherence to state and federal pharmacy rules and regulations, professional practice standards, and accrediting entities
- Assess laboratory results and perform pharmacokinetic dosing
- Perform accurate prescription order entry to ensure medications are properly concentrated, free of incompatibilities, stable, and properly stored
Requirements:
- Clear and active Indiana Pharmacist License
- 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience
- 2 years in a clinical pharmacist role
