RPh on the Go is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity near Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with recent IV and sterile compounding experience who is looking to grow within a home infusion pharmacy setting.
Position Details:
• Employment Type: Contract to Hire
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM–6:00 PM)
• On-Call Rotation: Every 4th weekend and 1 night per week
• Location: Milwaukee, WI area
Requirements:
• Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license
• 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience required
• Recent IV experience required
• 2 years of recent home infusion experience preferred
• CPR experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a clinical pharmacy environment
Responsibilities:
• Perform IV order verification.
• Compound IV medications in a cleanroom environment as needed.
• Support clinical pharmacy operations and patient care activities.
• Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with pharmacy standards.
