What You'll Do
- Service existing and new clients in retirement plan administration, including a full range of administrative and operational support services to various clients and plan participants.
- Effectively explain plan designs, policies, and procedures; and address questions to ensure our clients fully understand their individualized plans via phone and email.
- Process and track retirement plan distribution requests for defined contribution plans.
- Research and resolve distribution and technical issues.
- Process and track retirement plan contributions and deposits for defined contribution plans.
- Troubleshoot problems encountered in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain the participant/sponsor/advisor web portals and corresponding login credentials.
- Provide reports and data files to clients and internal teams when necessary.
- Complete special projects and reports, as assigned, accurately and timely.
- An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college required. Candidates with a degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Math or similar fields are useful in this role.
- Candidates who have experience with FIS Relius, PensionPro Workflow, M-Files, and Microsoft Teams are encouraged to apply.
- Customer support experience through phone and e-mail is required.
- Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interface with clients.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Meticulous attention to detail is vital for this position.
- Desire to function as part of a team with the ability to self-motivate to meet client demands.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
- Starting salary range begins in the $60,000s, depending on skills and experience.
