Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a large shopping center. At least one year of experience as a property manager or assistant property manager is required. Developing relationships with the tenants, solving problems and supervising repairs, maintenance and tenant improvements are key components of the job. Ideally, the candidate would have basic bookkeeping skills, including coding invoices, preparing budgets and reviewing rent rolls and monthly financials. Experience with Yardi software is a plus!
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
