Service Technician – Direct Hire
Full-Time | Onsite Daily | Hourly 1.5x Overtime
We are seeking a hands-on Service Technician for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a global industrial equipment organization. This is an onsite, hands-on role focused on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and pre-delivery equipment inspections
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, powertrain, and mechanical systems
- Identify equipment failures, determine root causes, and complete necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate service documentation and follow established safety/PPE procedures
- Work independently while supporting a fast-paced service operation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on equipment repair experience
- Experience with industrial/commercial fluid power and low-voltage electrical control systems
- Technical/trade school certificate OR relevant hands-on experience
- 2–5 years of experience preferred, with opportunities for more senior-level technicians
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and powertrain components
- Basic computer skills and ability to read schematics
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must have personal hand tools and be willing to complete required technical and safety training
- Some travel may be required for training or support at other service locations
This is a direct-hire, full-time position paid hourly with overtime at 1.5x. The position is onsite daily.
