⭐ What You’ll Do

• Recruit across a variety of professional verticals with a primary emphasis on direct-hire placements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, qualifying, presenting, and closing candidates
• Build and deepen relationships with both clients and candidates
• Partner with a highly experienced, collaborative recruiting team
• Optional but valuable: contribute to business development efforts or bring established clients to the table
• Handle some contract roles as needed, while maintaining a strong direct-hire focus

• Proven recruiting experience in multiple verticals
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Someone who enjoys autonomy but also thrives in a team that supports each other’s wins
• A self-starter with the confidence to manage clients and candidates with professionalism and urgency
• BD experience or a portable book of clients is a major plus

⭐ Schedule & Location

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
• Office located in the Addison, TX area

• Base salary
• Weekly commissions with strong earning potential
