The Mortgage Sales Leader is responsible for driving loan production, managing a small team of Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), and executing strategies to increase volume, profitability, and operational efficiency. Compensation
- Base salary: $130,000 – $150,000
- Performance-based incentive compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Drive mortgage production strategy and team performance
- Develop and coach MLOs to improve output and consistency
- Identify growth opportunities across markets and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize execution
- Oversee portfolio performance and risk alignment
- Ensure adherence to lending standards and regulatory expectations
- Improve pull-through in fluctuating rate environments
- Drive consistency across distributed production teams
Qualifications
- 8 years of mortgage lending experience
- Experience managing mortgage production teams or MLOs
- Strong knowledge of credit, underwriting, and loan structuring
- Proven ability to meet or exceed production goals
- Understanding of mortgage compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
