We’re looking for a Design Engineer who wants to grow, collaborate, and help drive new product development from concept to production.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build strong design fundamentals, gain ownership of projects, and work with a supportive team in global manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine product designs using solid engineering principles, research, and creative problem-solving.
- Work closely with offshore engineering teams to move designs from prototype to production smoothly and on schedule.
- Evaluate products for regulatory compliance, materials selection, durability, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to communicate design intent and ensure accurate execution.
- Partner with internal teams (sales, engineering, manufacturing) to resolve design challenges and improve product outcomes.
- Recommend improvements that enhance performance, simplify manufacturing, or reduce costs.
- Provide production support by troubleshooting design-related issues.
- Interpret customer specs and create initial solid models for concept review.
- Conduct design verification to ensure compliance with standards and internal quality expectations.
- Create or modify 3D models for use in presentations and supplier communication.
- Develop photorealistic renderings that bring concepts to life for presentations and carton artwork.
What You Bring
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in product design (internship or co-op experience counts!)
- Solid understanding of mechanical design fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, understand feedback, and collaborate
- Clear communication skills to explain technical information, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and 3D CAD tools (Creo or SolidWorks); KeyShot and Photoshop experience is a plus

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
