Qualifications
- Strong financial planning skills, including experience in comprehensive planning and client-facing advisory work.
- Expertise in personal financial planning, with the ability to tailor strategies to individual client goals and complex financial situations.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or progress toward CFP certification is strongly preferred.
- Solid foundation in finance, including investment principles, portfolio construction, and risk management.
- Knowledge of retirement planning strategies, including tax-efficient income planning and distribution strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- FINRA licenses (such as Series 7, 66, or equivalents) and relevant state insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe.

- High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with financial planning software and productivity tools.
