Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation and monitoring of water treatment and wastewater treatment plants to ensure optimal performance.
- Collect data related to water quality, flow rates, chemical levels, and system performance for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Perform routine inspections of wastewater and water systems.
- Fill out reporting forms and log books.
- Collect lab samples and deliver to testing laboratory.
Skills and Reqirements
- Experience working with wastewater treatment plants or water treatment facilities is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift 50-55 pounds.
- Basic math proficiency needed for data collection and interpretation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be self- motivated with ability to work alone once licensed.
- Attend company funded certification classes and pass state licensing exams in a timely manner.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
