Technical Configuration Lead

Job Description:
-Lead end-to-end implementation of Manhattan Active WMS, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment of supply chain solutions.
-Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Manhattan WMS, with deep expertise in inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
-Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with system capabilities.
-Develop detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for seamless integration between Manhattan Active WMS and SAP/ERP systems.
-Configure WMS solutions and support integration with SAP, MHE (e.g., conveyors), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), and other platforms.
-Conduct functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, and support release management activities.
-Ensure data accuracy and system performance through rigorous validation of WMS–ERP integrations.
-Provide best-practice recommendations to optimize warehouse operations and WMS functionalities.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and delivery under tight timelines.
-Leverage technical skills (SQL, APIs, Manhattan Proactive) and supply chain expertise to support reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
