Senior Account Manager - Personal Lines - Hybrid

Our client, a well-established insurance organization in Quincy, is seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Account Manager. This individual will manage an assigned book of personal insurance clients and serve as the primary contact for policy service, renewals, coverage questions, billing issues, and account updates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day service needs of personal lines clients.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes.
• Review accounts, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Respond to client questions regarding coverage, billing, claims, and renewals.
• Prepare quotes and coordinate with carriers and underwriters.
• Support account rounding, cross-selling, and client-retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate client and policy documentation.
• Collaborate with producers, carriers, mortgage companies, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of personal lines insurance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of homeowners, automobile, umbrella, flood, and related coverages.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and strong follow-through.
• Experience with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system preferred.
• High-net-worth or complex personal lines experience is a plus.
