Duties
- Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Process payroll accurately and on time (required)
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Enter and track expenses, receipts, and job‑related costs
- Maintain vendor files, COIs, W‑9s, and subcontractor documentation
- Assist with project paperwork, proposals, and compliance documents
- Support management with scheduling, communication, and reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- QuickBooks Online experience (must)
- Payroll processing experience (must)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a construction environment
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bilingual abilities in English and another language are preferred to enhance communication across diverse groups.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
