Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Office Manager with experience in construction administration and strong QuickBooks Online skills. This role supports daily operations, payroll, vendor coordination, and financial organization for a busy construction company. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Duties

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
  • Process payroll accurately and on time (required)
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Enter and track expenses, receipts, and job‑related costs
  • Maintain vendor files, COIs, W‑9s, and subcontractor documentation
  • Assist with project paperwork, proposals, and compliance documents
  • Support management with scheduling, communication, and reporting
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Qualifications

  • QuickBooks Online experience (must)
  • Payroll processing experience (must)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a construction environment
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Bilingual abilities in English and another language are preferred to enhance communication across diverse groups.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
