SPARE SCHOOL BUS DRIVER
Flexible Schedule Extra Income Training Available
Rozki Rides LLC is looking for dependable and safety-minded Spare School Bus Drivers to provide coverage.
This is a great opportunity for veterans, retirees, stay-at-home parents, part-time workers, or anyone looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule.
Individuals who already have their Massachusetts School Bus Driver Certificate are encouraged to apply! If you don't have your certificate, Rozki Rides will help qualified candidates complete the required training.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Safely transport students to and from school and on assigned routes.
- Provide coverage for regular routes when needed.
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Follow all safety, emergency, and student-management procedures.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and school staff.
- Daily routes, charters, and field trips may also be available upon request for additional coverage.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license.
- Massachusetts School Bus Driver Certificate preferred, but not required to apply.
- Out-of-state license holders should provide their current driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, as applicable.
- CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it within the required timeframe.
- Ability to successfully complete required CORI/SORI checks and fingerprinting.
- Ability to pass required DOT physical and applicable screenings.
- Reliable and available to respond to coverage requests during school transportation hours.
