Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide waterproofing services on-site at various accounts by installing french drain systems, encapsulations, & repairing damaged structures.
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess moisture presence and damage
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, homebuyers, and agents
- Understand detailed diagrams and graphs of installations
- Coordinate daily activities with department secretaries and branch personnel
- Ensure timely submission of all paperwork and collections
- Maintain and prioritize the cleanliness and safety of company-issued equipment and vehicles
- Comply with all company procedures and applicable laws for the safety of clients and the public
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and sitting frequently
- Comfort working outdoors, under homes, & in basements in varying weather
Salary : $20 - $25
