Receptionist (Full-Time)

Rozell Spine & Sport is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solution-focused receptionist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of an active, collaborative healthcare environment.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Scheduling patient appointments and managing the daily schedule
- Collecting payments and processing basic financial transactions
- Performing accurate data entry and maintaining patient records
- Assisting with therapeutic modalities as trained
- Completing additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with current and prospective patients via phone, email, and in person
- Highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional education or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
Position Details:
- Full-time, hourly position (30-35 hours per week)
- Pay range: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience
