Full Time and Per Diem Continuous Care LVNs
Must be willing to drive to different areas
(LA/South Bay, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Ventura, IE)
Shifts Available: Nights 12am-8am
Hourly $35.00- $38.00
We are looking for experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses to work continuous care and/or alternate and guaranteed hours shifts. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and will provide care to assigned hospice patients. You will provide intermittent visits and/or shifts of skilled nursing care, performing prescribed medical treatments, including pain management and symptom control, nursing observations, teaching regarding the expected course of the disease, care techniques and other health measures to the patient, family, or other primary caregivers. You will also participate in the care plan development and implementation with other members of the hospice interdisciplinary team.
You must possess a sympathetic attitude toward caring for hospice patients and families, able to communicate and interact well with other members of the hospice team and be comfortable with computers and use of electronic medical records.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of vocational/practical nursing.
- Current LVN license within the State. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Vocational/Practical Nursing preferred.
- At least one-year experience as LVN/LPN.
- Valid driver's license, and auto insurance, reliable/well maintained transportation.
Salary : $35 - $38
