Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Henderson, KY, for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, maintaining high standards of quality control, and ensuring that manufactured parts meet precise specifications. Day-to-day tasks include operating machinery, performing milling and machining operations, and troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure production efficiency and accuracy. Collaboration with the production team and adherence to safety protocols are critical to this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Machine Operation, CNC machinery setup, and maintenance
- Experience with Machining, including Lathes, Milling processes and techniques
- Strong understanding and application of Quality Control processes to ensure precision and adherence to specifications
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining machining equipment and related machinery
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical blueprints and specifications
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industrial manufacturing processes
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC machining is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or machining environments preferred
