Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth
- Own total lead generation performance across all channels
- Manage and optimize CPL, CAC, and marketing ROI
- Forecast lead volume based on seasonality and capacity planning
- Align marketing with sales goals and call center conversion metrics
Digital Marketing Oversight
- Manage PPC (Google Ads, LSA, Meta)
- Oversee SEO and website optimization
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
- Manage tracking, call attribution, and reporting accuracy
CRM & Retention Marketing
- Oversee operating system marketing features
- Build automated follow-up campaigns
- Drive membership growth and customer retention
- Implement review generation strategy
Brand & Local Market Positioning
- Direct mail strategy
- Community sponsorships
- Fleet branding
- Consistent messaging across all channels
Team & Vendor Management
- Hold agencies accountable to performance standards
- Create and Manage annual marketing budget
- Provide weekly performance dashboards to CEO
- 5 years marketing leadership experience
- Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of PPC, LSA, SEO, and direct mail
- Deep knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar CRM
- Experience managing $1M annual marketing budget
- Data-driven decision maker
- Strong financial acumen
Position Overview
The Director of Marketing will own all marketing strategy, execution, and performance. You will build and manage an in-house marketing function that consistently drives qualified calls, booked jobs, and revenue growth.
This is not a “brand only” role. This is a revenue accountability role.
You will oversee digital performance, agency management, CRM marketing, reputation management, and long-term brand strategy.
