What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Account Representative (CSR), you’ll be at the heart of our customer service team, working alongside sales to bring print projects to life from start to finish. Forget the idea of a boring call center job—this role is all about problem-solving, collaborating, and building strong relationships with brands across different industries. You’ll manage projects, help clients navigate the printing process, and make sure every detail is flawless.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the entire production process for customer orders, from initial receipt to final shipment.
· Ensure projects are managed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with customer requirements.
· Maintain clear and effective communication with both sales teams and customers.
· Develop comprehensive production tickets, press layouts, and detailed packing and fulfillment instructions.
· Act as the primary liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments, including Scheduling, Purchasing, Prepress, Press, Finishing, and Mailing/Distribution.
· Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and oversee the process through final invoicing.
· Host and engage customers during in-person press checks.
Job Requirements:
· Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
· Experience: Background in project management or account management; prior print experience is not necessarily required.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple customer accounts.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze challenges, draw conclusions, and provide effective recommendations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Outgoing and people-oriented, with a strong ability to build relationships.
