Dice Room Lead – Shift 2A
Royer Corporation is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Dice Room Lead to oversee production operations and ensure efficient performance during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for supervising dice room activities, maintaining quality and productivity standards, and promoting a safe and organized work environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Supervise production activities in the dice room.
- Ensure all operations are running efficiently and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Review, understand, and follow work orders according to the production schedule.
- Monitor dice room performance and productivity throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Royer Company Handbook.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.
- Support and promote a culture of workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Excellent attendance record.
- Strong commitment to safety at all times.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and oversee production activities effectively.
- Manufacturing or supervisory experience preferred.
- Willing and able to work in a hot production environment.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
Shift Schedule – Shift 2A
- Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
