Field Supervisor - Cleveland, OH | 2nd & 3rd Shift
Royce U.S. Protection Service is hiring an experienced Field Supervisor to support our security operations across the Cleveland, Ohio area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for mentoring, training, and inspecting Security Officers in the field, ensuring every post meets our standards and our clients’ expectations. This position offers real opportunity for advancement within a growing regional security company.
This role works primarily 2nd or 3rd shift, with availability for weekends and flexibility to respond to scheduling needs, call-offs, and special events across assigned accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct daily inspections of assigned accounts, including officer appearance, post order compliance, licensing, and site conditions
- Train, mentor, and motivate new and existing Security Officers
- Fill in on posts as needed to cover no-shows, call-offs, or emergencies
- Review and help maintain accurate, up-to-date post orders alongside the Branch Manager and Commander
- Ensure daily activity reports and incident reports are completed fully and accurately
- Inspect company vehicles and equipment weekly; report damage or maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate closely with your branch team and office management on daily operations
- Promote a professional, respectful, and positive environment across all sites
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a supervisory field role preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
- Availability for 2nd or 3rd shift, with flexibility for weekends, scheduling changes, and special events
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Ability to pass a background check and meet Ohio state security licensing requirements
- 20 Hour Basic Firearm OPOTA Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
