Position Summary:
This position will support the Print and Distribution Division to ensure Source Foundational products with a designated National Stock Number (NSN) and NGA Reference Number (NRN) are properly catalogued in multiple NGA and DLA databases. The Data Integrity Team provides data-driven analysis to SFG, SFA, SFP, IA, TEGG, DLA, and other government partners to support improved production and dissemination workflows. Each member of the Data Integrity/Regional Analysis Team maintains a thorough understanding of Standard Series Designator (SSD) information, sheet numbering protocol, NGA Reference Number (NRN) content, and maintain the ability to apply the appropriate SSD to new products and identify appropriate NRNs for new products. Provide high level printed products for internal and external customers as required.
The support for this task entails:
- Support ST/STP daily product verification process to meet the NSG print on demand business process to include records of STP online reports, NGA Stock Number (NSN) assignments, Cancel Use and print file verifications.
- Maintain the stock status codes for NGA products available in the DLA catalog in the form of Cancel/Use to DLA for all products.
- Maintain a level of readiness (completeness, accuracy and currency) such that NGA geospatial products can be derived from searchable databases.
- Review current NGA Mapping, Charting, and Geodesy (MC&G) products, NGA Maritime products and NGA Aeronautical products to determine if the product is still a valid National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) requirement.
- Validate products against NSG/ASG requirements and determine if a replacement (newer) product is available and coordinate with STP Senior GEOINT Officer (SGO), DLA personnel and NGA product producers to communicate changes, updates and cancellations within the DLA product catalog, POD, and GeoSQRL.
- Verify maps are loaded to the NIPRNet/NGANet Print on Demand (POD) website. • Produce high quality printed products on a variety of substrates.
- Query databases such as DLA Catalog, WebFLIS (Federal Logistics Information System), Mapping Enterprise Business System (MEBS), Print on Demand Directory (POD), GeoSQRL.
- Collaborate with analysts and customers both inside and outside the agency, other government agencies, NGA International Offices for co-production, and Security Offices for classification of products.
- Ensure NGA internal PoD databases are updated with new products and purged of old data when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly
- Ability to apply structured processes to enrich or manage data.
- Ability to apply GEOINT standards and quality.
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop
- Proficient in MS Office business software (all versions) (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and internet browsers) and use internet and other general research tools.
- Minimum of three years combined experience.
- Demonstrated exposure to databases, data storage processes, data management principles and practices.

Demonstrated understanding of or experience applying:
- o Product specifications, data file formats, and data standards.
- o Data conversion tools and converting files to different formats.
- o Data extraction, analysis and finishing of in-house, co-production, commodity, and contractually produced map and charts.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with digital photography, digital and lithographic print.
- Experience utilizing graphic layout, design, color space and typography.
- Understanding of concepts of print to include color separation, grid layouts, and master pages.
- Demonstrated awareness of visualization applications or GRTools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Voyager/GeoSQRL to identify and validate series, sheet numbers, and NRN's within a series.
- Background in color theory, web design, layout/conversion and optimization.
- Background in graphic arts or illustration.
- Experience with GEOINT information systems software such as Global Mapper/ARCMap/ARCPRO.
- Ability to query databases such as DLA Catalog, WebFLIS (Federal Logistics Information System), Mapping Enterprise Business System (MEBS), NGA Intent to Publish (NIP), Print on Demand Directory (POD) and GeoSQRL.

- Printing process to include acceptance of digital print files, knowledge of NGA maps/charts, quality control, program maintenance, and provide oversight to print production.
- Gateway process of posting NGA products.
