Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist Commercial Roofing Sales with proposal preparation, bid packages, and customer follow-up as directed.
- Track leads, opportunities, and pending bids within the CRM system.
- Support estimating and pre-construction activities by organizing project information and gathering required documents as requested.
Project Management Support
- Assist Commercial Project Managers with daily project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Work with Expeditor to track project items in CRM as needed
- Help ensure projects are compliant with company processes, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Support job costing and project tracking by entering and maintaining accurate information.
CRM & Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system.
- Enter and update customer information, sales activities, project notes, and follow-up tasks.
- Upload contracts, photos, proposals, permits, and project documentation into job files and CRM platforms.
- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems for commercial roofing projects.
- Prepare reports for sales and project management teams as requested.
- Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and other administrative functions as needed.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived.
General Expectations

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales and operations teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
