Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Nashville, TN. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, generating leads, presenting renewable energy solutions, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with team members to achieve company goals. This role calls for individuals with a passion for renewable energy and a drive to succeed in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage with diverse customers effectively
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and close deals confidently
- Time management and organizational skills for efficient handling of leads, follow-ups, and sales cycles
- Basic knowledge of renewable energy solutions or a willingness to learn about the energy sector
- Experience in customer service or direct sales is a plus
