Royalty Home Care LLC in Hampton, VA is looking for one remote nurse/RN to join our strong team. We are located in the Hampton roads area. We're looking for someone who is dependable, experienced, and caring. A home care nurse to work one-on-one with our clients in our home health care agency. Responsibilities
- Administrating treatments based on a clients care plan
- Managing a clients care plan and making recommendations based on in-home evaluations
- Collecting new health information and taking vital signs at the start of the visit
- Assist with In-home care assessment and consultation
- Perform training to our PCA group enrollments
- Assess and chart observations of the client's condition at each visit
Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate's degree in nursing, bachelor's degree is preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers's license
- Active state nursing license
