What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server position at Royalty Event Services LLC?
Royalty Event Services is expanding our event team, and we are looking for professional, reliable Servers to join us for weddings, corporate functions, private events, and VIP client experiences across NJ/NY/PA.
We Are Looking For:
- Experienced event servers with strong hospitality skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-end event environments
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Team players who bring a positive attitude to every event
You can expect to work Fine Dining, Corporate Events, Birthday Parties, Weddings and much more.
Traveling is Required for these Positions as there is not one set location for our events.
Ideal Candidates:
- Banquet Servers should have some serving experience (Fine Dining, Catering, and Kosher Experience are a plus)
- Should be Customer Service Oriented (Positive and Friendly)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Clean Cut and Professional Appearance
- Team Player who can take direction and has the ability to take initiative
- Ability to Multitask and work well under pressure
- Ability to set up and break down Tables, Chairs, etc. as needed
- Must have Own or Reliable Transportation to All Event Locations
Duties May Include:
- Setting Tables for Multiple Courses according to Fine Dining Standards
- Setting up Buffet and Bar Displays
- Serving a Variety of Food and Beverage Options
- Interacting with Guests, Taking Orders
