Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain health and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily cleaning goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
- MUST LIVE IN THE FRANKLIN, TN area.
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
