What are the responsibilities and job description for the EMS Supervisor (Dodger Stadium) position at Royalty Ambulance Services?
Position Summary
The Events Field Supervisor for Royalty Ambulance supervises and directs all field personnel in accordance with Royalty Ambulance policy and state/local protocols at all of our events and venues. Responsible for ensuring that emergency service and is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High School Diploma, Bachelors' Preferred.
- License/Certifications: Valid CA Driver’s license. Active CA EMS license: Paramedic level preferred.
- FEMA Courses: 100, 200, 700 and 800. MGT-466 Strongly preferred but not required until after hire.
- Experience: at least 10 years in a progressive EMS 911 busy system. Will not consider applicants without 911 experience. Must be able to demonstrate experience in supervising EMTs and Paramedics as well as experience in proving medical care to venues that have the capacity to seat 50k to 100k in attendance. Must have experience in working with various ranks of the fire service and have excellent interagency communication and relationship building.
Availability
The ideal candidate must have open availability and will include weekends and holidays.
