Position Details
- Full-time
- Monday through Thursday 12p to 8p, Saturday 10a to 4p
- Fridays and Sundays off
- Located in North Royalton, OH
- Reports to Store Manager
What You Will Do
- Work with parents, students, and directors on rentals, sales, repairs, and service
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-moving environment
- Support school outreach, merchandising, product flow, and daily operations
- Learn retail systems, process transactions, manage inventory accuracy
- Be part of a small, high-trust team that takes ownership from day one
Who We Are Looking For
- Positive energy and strong people skills
- Reliable, organized, and driven to learn
- Comfortable working on your feet and juggling multiple priorities
- Music background is a plus but not required
- Retail, hospitality, or service experience preferred
- Must be available Saturdays
- Must be looking for long-term growth, not a short-term job
Growth Path
This role is part of our internal management development track. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into roles such as:

Salary : $35,000 - $55,000
