Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties. Key duties include managing tenant relationships, handling maintenance and repair requests, monitoring guest communication, coordinating with cleaners and other vendors. Additional tasks may include onboarding new properties.
Qualifications
- Property management and Tenant communication skills
- Experience in Maintenance coordination, Repair oversight, and Contractor management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
