We are seeking to staff a assistant property manager located around Boston to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the daily operations of the property while making sure that their work is organized and has exceptional customer service skills .Providing excellent customer service to residents at all times is a vital part of interpreting Royale's vision.
Key Functions:
- Maintain accurate resident records and update on a daily basis
- Contribute ideas to property manager for financial success and improving resident satisfactions
- Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications at all times
- Be aware of of local market conditions and trends
- Securing lease agreements as well as the lease renewal process of current residents
Requirements:
- Have experience in managing people
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Have basic understanding of property budget
- Be proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding with English language
- Strive for excellence
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to work full time
- Will be working M-F 40hrs a week
