We are seeking highly skilled individuals to fill the role of Porter/Maintenance and contribute to the upkeep of prestigious properties in the NYC area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, mopping, washing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs
- Vacuuming and using floor polishers
- Performing janitorial duties and minor repairs
- Emptying compactors and trash cans
- Clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways
- Maintaining positive relationships with residents, tenants, and staff
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
- Prior experience in cleaning and handyman work is a plus
