On Call - Concierge

Join Royale Company’s Baltimore team as an on-call concierge providing front desk coverage at a single assigned luxury residential building when additional support is needed. Shifts vary and may include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, with available shifts typically communicated one to two days in advance. During and between shifts, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager while serving as a professional and welcoming presence for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident services and welcome residents and guests
• Manage visitor access and coordinate vendor and contractor entry
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
• Monitor the lobby and building entrance
• Report security, maintenance, and operational issues to management
• Maintain an organized and presentable lobby and front desk
• Maintain accurate records in building software, with training provided

Required Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality
• Professional appearance and grooming standards required by the building client
• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to complete a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in customer service and front desk operations
• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent

Successful on-call concierges may advance into regular concierge assignments, with additional growth opportunities into superintendent, building manager, and operations roles.
