Concierge (On Call / Floater)

Join our Boston team as an on-call floater, covering front desk shifts at luxury residential buildings across the city when our regular team needs support.
Schedule: on call. Shifts vary and can include evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays. We contact you as shifts come up, and you confirm the ones you can take.

The Job

You are the face of the building. On a typical shift you will:

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided)

• Professional appearance and grooming standards required by building client.
• Weekend and holiday availability, depending on shift
